Join The Team!

Our wildlife rescue is operated by dedicated volunteers who share a passion for our native wildlife. Want to join the team? 

1. Complete application. Applicants must be 18 years are older. Junior volunteers (must be minimum 13 years of age) and have parental approval. Minor children and guardian(s) will be interviewed before acceptance

2. Review and sign the waiver.

3. Read and sign the Volunteer Policy. 

4. Attach and email to volunteer@bigcountrywildlife.org.
5. In order to provide care for rabies vector species (fox, skunks, raccoons, bat) volunteer must have pre-exposure rabies vaccinations before handling those animals. (Titers every 5 years to confirm immunity and booster received if needed at volunteer expense).
